2045 Regional Transportation Plan

SEMCOG (Southeast Michigan Council of Governments) is seeking input from Southeast Michigan residents to aid development of the region’s long-range transportation plan. Input is being gathered from residents to gauge the public’s level of satisfaction with the region’s transportation system and their attitudes toward prioritizing transportation improvements. Results will help to guide priorities for investing in transportation in the future.

There are a few ways to participate!

(1) PUBLIC OPINION SURVEY – The survey provides opportunities to identify travel issues, rate approaches to improving the system, and rank overall priorities. Go to SEMCOG’s website to participate. Check it out on SEMCOG’s website.

(2) Meetings will be held on Monday, September 18, at the Monroe County Board Chambers in Monroe at 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm. These are public meetings being held to discuss transportation issues in person. Mark your calendar and plan on attending on of these sessions!
