Matching Fund Program Available for Monroe County

To assist in the development of small businesses, the Monroe County BDC and ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital, via ProMedica Innovations, have created a $500,000 fund that will assist new and existing companies as they launch innovative products and services. This program was created to provide gap and seed funding assistance for companies.

The application process is open at all times and funding decisions will be issued at any given time that a new and viable project is accepted and agreed upon by the Matching Fund Committee.

In July, the first recipient, Vital Tech Services, LLC, was awarded a check in the amount of $12,500. Funding will be used to launch another aspect of their asset management software.
